The 2026 - 2007 theme is “Rooted in Christ” based on Colossian 2:6-7: “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”

National Lutheran Schools week is an opportunity for our excellent Lutheran schools to celebrate and proclaim how God’s work is being accomplished. Resources for the 2026 - 2027 school year are available on the LCMS website.
