PT Office Manager Needed | Chanhassen

Living Christ Lutheran Church in Chanhassen is seeking a PT Office Manager.

Reports To: Senior Pastor

Estimated Hours: 20–25 hours/week


Overview:
This role is responsible for the smooth operation of the church office, providing administrative support, managing the church calendar and database, supporting staff and volunteers, and being the first point of contact for visitors and members.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Administration
Serve as assistant to the Senior Pastor
Answer phone calls and manage the main church email inbox
Greet visitors and distribute mail and packages
Maintain and update the church calendar and facility scheduling
Order office, janitorial, and general supplies
Oversee the church’s filing system and official records (Official Acts)
Help maintain and update the Church360 database, including visitor and key records
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (contracts, repairs, etc.)
Record and track borrowed church equipment (tables, chairs, keys)
Assist church members with administrative tasks (copying, faxing, etc.)
Attend staff meetings and contribute to team support
Assist with coffee setup and basic hospitality for group events
Assist Tuesday AM Bible Study planning and participation
Prepare and send print materials to shut-ins
