Endurance is a popular subject. Athletes train for it. Politicians craft it. Parents hope for it. And Jesus calls for it. So how are we to endure in the faith and in spreading the Gospel when we sometimes feel our culture and even communities want to tear it down at every chance? Jesus is the answer.

You and I live in confusing times. People long for purpose and direction. And that certainly includes you and me. What are we to do when we’re the ones feeling suffocated by the darkness and anxious about the times? How can we share the hope of Jesus with a good conscience when we feel hopeless?

Society tells us our lives have value only as much as they can be quantified. But Jesus has a different message for us.
