Assistant Director of Extended Care & Float Teacher | Excelsior

Our Savior Lutheran Church & School - Excelsior, MN is seeking an Assistant Director of Extended Care and Float Teacher

Purpose: Create a safe and supportive Christian environment that encourages personal growth, independence, and respect for individual differences.

Hours: Part-time (20-30 hours a week), potentially more hours in the summer.
Pay: $20 - $28 an hour, based on experience,
Staff Supervisor: Our Savior School Director.

Qualifications
Must have the ability to share the joy of salvation given to us by our Lord and Savior, Jesus
Ability to relate joyfully and sensitively to children, parents, and staff.
Meet the MN Department of Human Services standards for teachers and directors.
Required to complete first aid training and CPR training.
Good communication skills

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Extended Care (K-5th Gr): Staff, administration, enrollment
Ability to supervise EC teachers, aides, and children in program
Float teacher (Infant-Pre-Kindergarten)
