PT Office Manager | NE Minneapolis Suburb

A church in the northeast Minneapolis suburbs is currently looking for a dedicated and organized Church Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our church office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating church events, and ensuring smooth communication between church leadership, staff, and congregation members. The Church Office Manager will play a key role in supporting the mission and vision of the church by providing efficient administrative support and fostering a welcoming environment for all who interact with the church office.

Key duties include managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and overseeing office supplies and equipment. The Church Office Manager will also be responsible for preparing reports, assisting with financial record-keeping and accounts payable, and supporting the coordination of church programs and events. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as they will serve as a primary point of contact for church members, volunteers, and external partners.

Experience with office management software, budgeting, and event planning is highly desirable.
