In “Golden,” Sarah takes us into the intimate world of bees and the living things that need them. Like many of God’s creatures, the bee reminds us of Jesus. It disappears for the months of winter and then returns to pollinate the earth, sparking the new growth of spring.
Sarah’s work draws us down to the intimate level of these precious creatures who have been imperiled by toxic elements in our environment. Her work is an affirmation of God’s ability to bring renewal again and again.
Sarah Nelson’s show will be up through the end of May. Gallery hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Visitors are welcome to stop in anytime.
