Opening: Program Aides | Berea Lutheran Church, Richfield

Berea Lutheran Church, Richfield, is looking for a couple Before & After Care program aids to work with children (ages 5-12) in their Before & After Care program. The Before & After Care program runs from the beginning of September through the first week of June. Those who are hired must be willing to have a background check and be CPR and first aid trained. Must be physically able and willing to play and keep up with the children during the two-hour period that they are present.

Program aids will help assist in keeping on schedule, leading or assisting in activities for that day, and follow instructions given from the program leader or director. Must be willing to be a team player. Average hours for this position are about 10 hours/wk: approx. 3:45 to 5:45 p.m., M-F. Qualifications: One year of child development at the high school or college level. (16 or older).
