Crossways International -Customer Service Representative/Admin Position

Crossways International® is looking to hire a motivated, energetic customer service representative for our office. This position is the first-responder on the phones, for walk-in customers, and emails. Primary tasks will include answering phones, taking orders, assisting with some accounting tasks, processing the mail, assisting with mailings, and maintaining databases with customer and donor information.

The preferred candidate should have at least a high school diploma, but any additional educational experiences are encouraged. We will train on the job for most tasks, but proficiency of Quickbooks and the Microsoft Office Suite would be helpful. Qualifications would include excellent communication skills, attention to detail, understanding confidentiality boundaries, a team player, having outstanding organizational skills.

This is a fulltime position with an hourly wage, based on qualifications and experience. We’d like to fill it as soon as possible!
